The granulator's debugging supervisor connected the switch controller, and the power indicator light should glow for an interval of about 20 seconds, adjusting the knob by 0.1 seconds. Then, adjusting the width, you can hear the granulator fan turn on, indicating that the control is normal. If no sound is heard, please check if the connection is electromagnetic or if the controller is damaged. When debugging, turn off the controller to test for normal operation.
Inspect the granulator fan's power supply. Observe the working direction of the granulator fan, and after ten minutes of touching the motor to check for overheating, turn off the granulator fan if it's not overheated.
Inspect the air compressor to ensure the adjustment range for the tube cutting granulator fan is between 0.5 to 0.7 Mpa. The air compressor should automatically shut off when the pressure reaches 0.7 Mpa.
Normal Operation:
Excellent dust removal performance and standard injection unit.
The normal operation of the granulator fan allows the bags to be blown into a rounded shape using compressed air.
The pellet mill controller accurately displays the signal indicators and working status of the pellet mill.
