Materials Required for Construction Permit Application: 1. For civil engineering projects, applicants must submit the following documents: (1) Three copies of the filled and stamped "Application Form for Construction Permit of Civil Engineering Project"; (2) Original and copies of the Construction Planning License and its attachments; (3) Approval procedures for land use;State-owned Land Use CertificateOr copies of approval documents; (4) Original notice of review for construction drawing design files; (5) Construction contract filing form issued by the bidding and tender management department; (6) Supervision contract filing form issued by the bidding and tender management department (to be submitted for projects that legally require supervision); (7)Construction contracting companySafety production management personnel qualification certificates (B and C types) and the original of "Handover Form for Aboveground and Underground Pipelines and Buildings (Structures) Information (Form AQ-A-2)" (for construction safety supervision record); (8) Original proof of project construction fund implementation; (9) Record of acceptance for civil air defense construction drawings issued by the civil air defense department; (10) Power of Attorney; (11) Three copies of the "Building Energy-saving Design Review Record Form" (filled out by categories, for building energy-saving design review). 2. For municipal infrastructure projects, applicants must submit the following application materials: (1) Three copies of the "Application Form for Construction Project Permit" filled out and stamped in accordance with regulations; (2) Original and copies of the construction planning permit and attachments; (3) Original notice of review of construction drawings; (4) Construction contract record form issued by the bidding and tender management department.
