Multi-layer HDPE solid wall pipe co-extrusion production line

Performance and Advantages: To meet customers' specific requirements, we offer a production line for 2-layer/3-layer/5-layer, as well as multi-layer solid wall pipes.

Multiple extrusion main units can be synchronized and adjusted at a uniform speed. Optional multi-unit weight control systems can be added, with centralized control by the main control panel PLC, ensuring precise quantitative extrusion for each main unit.

Multi-layer spiral molds, designed with varying layer counts and thickness ratios, feature a reasonably distributed mold cavity flow path, ensuring uniform wall thickness of the tubing and improved plasticization effect for each x layer.
