1. The refrigeration air conditioning system showed poor local effects during the debugging phase. Causes formed:
System is experiencing a foreign object blockage.
(2) The system design is locally unreasonable and cannot be adjusted normally.
Improvement Measures: Remove foreign objects and thoroughly clean; adjust the pipeline gradient. Request the design unit to modify the design for local corrections.
2. The pump exhibits significant vibration and noise during operation. Cause:
(1) The shaft and radial deviations of the coupling itself are significant.
(2) The pump flange is oversized, and the base bolts are unevenly loaded.
(3) Resonance occurs due to the inherent vibration frequency of the pump and pipeline being similar.
Improvement Measures: Adjust the shaft and radial misalignment of the couplings. Modify the inherent vibration frequency between the pump and pipeline, and install relevant soft joint components. Replace the flanges and ensure even distribution of load on the foot bolts.
3. The cooling capacity of the chillers does not reach the rated value. Causes:
Cooling tower water temperature does not meet the specified cooling parameters.
(2) Pump output insufficient.
(3) The condenser isolation pad was misaligned, preventing proper cooling.
(4) There is a blockage in the pipes of the condenser.
Improvement Measures: Repair cooling towers to meet water temperature and volume requirements. Clear debris from pipes and inspect if the condenser isolation pads are misaligned.
4. Excessive exhaust pressure in refrigeration units. Causes:
Insufficient cooling water volume.
(2) There is severe scaling in the condenser heat exchanger tubes.
(3) Excessive cooling water temperature.
(4) Excessive air in the system.
Improvement Measures: Repair cooling towers, clean condenser heat transfer tubes, and remove air from the system.
5. The refrigeration and air conditioning unit is experiencing severe frosting during operation. Cause of formation:
(1) Return air filter clog.
(2) The fan belt was loose, resulting in insufficient exhaust air volume.
(3) The return air damper is too small.
Improvement Measures: Clean the return air filter, adjust the fan belt, and modify the size of the return air valve.
