Box Filter Press: The normal filter press is ready for operation, and the entire machine should be inspected before each shift. Mechanical compression transmission components and reducers must be lubricated with sufficient grease; review the oil tank storage and working pressure of the hydraulic station for hydraulic compression; hydraulic oil is generally changed once a year, and the hydraulic system should be fully replaced. The working pressure of the hydraulic station should be less than the maximum working pressure of the cylinder, but the minimum limit should not be lower than the allowable value of the filter pressure; otherwise, it may cause significant leakage, damage machine components, and then hold a meeting.
Once operational, the filter plate can be tightened and pressurized for filtration. The filtration pressure and temperature must remain within specified limits; excessive pressure can cause leakage, and high temperature can deform the plastic filter plate. The slurry added during feeding must be uniformly concentrated and free of impurities. After unloading, the filter cloth and plate must be thoroughly cleaned, ensuring no residue adheres to the sealing surface or feed channel, as this could obstruct feed flow and compromise the filter plate's sealing integrity, potentially leading to uneven pressure on both sides of the plate and causing deformation or damage.
Prohibition of machine operation with fewer filter plates than required to prevent damage to the machinery. Inspect the arrangement of filter plates before adding materials, ensuring no folds in the filter cloth to prevent significant leakage; after unloading, the filter plates must be tightly and neatly aligned.
The choice of filter cloth must meet the filtration technology requirements of the filter impeller. The new filter cloth should be pre-shrunk before manufacturing. The aperture diameter should be smaller than the filter plate aperture. When matching the filter plate, the cloth apertures should align with the plate apertures. The feed aperture cloth should be tightly attached to the cylinder wall. Otherwise, it may result in unclear filtration, low filtration rate, cloth cylinder破裂, and failure to achieve the expected filtration purpose.
