Extremely energy-efficient and power-saving

In comparison to conventional hydraulic presses, servo hydraulic presses do not include proportional servo valves or pumps in their overall system control. They offer advantages such as energy-saving, low noise, minimal temperature rise, good flexibility, efficiency, and ease of maintenance. They can replace most conventional hydraulic presses currently in use and have a promising market outlook. Compared to traditional hydraulic presses, servo-driven hydraulic presses can save up to 30% to 70% of electricity, depending on the processing technology and production rhythm.

Third: Less heat generation during machine operation:
Due to the absence of overflow and heat generation in the hydraulic system of servo-driven hydraulic presses, there is no flow when the slider is stationary, resulting in no hydraulic resistance heat. The heat generated by the hydraulic system is typically 10% to 30% of that in traditional hydraulic machines. Because of the lower heat generation, most servo-driven hydraulic presses can do without a hydraulic oil cooling system, while some with higher heat can be equipped with a low-power cooling system. Thanks to the pump's characteristic of being at zero speed most of the time and generating minimal heat, the oil tank of servo-controlled hydraulic machines can be smaller than that of traditional hydraulic machines, and the oil change interval can be extended. Consequently, the amount of hydraulic oil consumed by servo-driven hydraulic presses is generally only about 50% of that of traditional hydraulic machines.

Fourth: High degree of automation
The servo-driven hydraulic press features full-closed loop digital control over pressure, speed, and position, with high automation and excellent precision. Additionally, its pressure and speed are programmable, catering to various process requirements and enabling remote automatic control.
By means of appropriate acceleration and deceleration control, as well as energy optimization, the speed of servo-controlled hydraulic presses can be significantly increased, with the working cycle up to several times faster than traditional hydraulic presses, reaching 10/min to 15/min.

Fifth: Convenient maintenance and repair

The hydraulic system has been significantly simplified by eliminating the proportional servo hydraulic valve, speed control loop, and pressure control loop. The cleanliness requirements for hydraulic oil are far less stringent than for the hydraulic proportional servo system, reducing the impact of hydraulic oil contamination on the system.
