1. Mechanical transmission parts require lubrication systems as per general enterprise equipment, with regular oiling or oil changes.

Vacuum units, valves, thyristor regulators, instruments, and other accessories are all finished products that are manually maintained and serviced.

3. The design of workpieces and fixtures should be clean and dry to prevent soil moisture and dirt from entering the furnace.

4. Power shutdown for maintenance is required. Ensure the safety of operators, maintenance personnel, and equipment when repairs are needed.

5. Operations must strictly adhere to actual operational technical procedures; buttons must not be pressed at will, and switches must not be toggled. Employees who have not undergone formal staff training are strictly prohibited from operating.

6. Cooling water for the vacuum furnace is crucial, so cooling water must not be interrupted during the entire operation. In case the water pump malfunctions and fails to supply water normally, the emergency tap should be turned on to maintain a continuous supply of cooling water.

7. Before each shift, inspect the circulating water pool's water level and ensure it is sufficient; otherwise, the company should add cooling water. The cooling water system pressure should be greater than 0.1 MPa; if not, check for any blockages in the waterway filter mesh.

8. Pre-shift safety checks require that the compressed air pressure in the environment be greater than 0.5 MPa; otherwise, inspect for any air leaks in the system piping before allowing the furnace to be ignited.

During the welding process, it is essential to frequently check the surface temperatures of the furnace, diffusion pump, cold trap, deslagger, and other vacuum pumps. If the temperature requirements are too high, inspect the design of the cooling water system piping for blockages and promptly and effectively clean them.

Upon opening the package, first clean the area with acetone or anhydrous ethanol, then dry and apply vacuum grease.

11. Electrical engineering control and management system's electrical connectors should be kept clean and tightly secured. Before each furnace start-up, inspect the quality of each secured electrical connector to ensure proper tightening.

12. Regularly inspect the furnace's insulation resistance, which should not be less than 100. If it falls below 100, thoroughly check the electrical heating elements, insulation, electrode, and insulation screen resistances, and only after promptly rectifying any faults should the furnace be turned on.
