Plate heat exchangers with brazed plates have stringent water quality requirements during operation. Poor water quality, containing impurities, can easily cause blockages, and once blocked, they cannot be cleaned in a timely manner. The only solution is to replace them, which increases the enterprise's operational time costs!

However, the affinity between nickel and stainless steel is much lower than that of copper, resulting in lower pressure for nickel brazed plate heat exchangers, a shorter lifespan under high pressure or temperature fluctuations, and thus limiting their application. Nickel brazing is also difficult and costly, and has not yet become mainstream. The existing laser-welded plate heat exchangers offer excellent performance.

Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers are categorized into copper brazed, nickel brazed, and copper brazed types. However, in many regions, copper heat exchangers are not permissible, and copper brazed plate heat exchangers are still banned.

Plate heat exchangers, also known as portable heat, light, or dilute sulfuric acid, can now be opened to clean heavily scaled heat exchangers using a brush. The cleaned plate material can be reused after reassembly, significantly reducing costs and extending service life.

The design of the brazed plate heat exchanger plates allows for zero dead zones, enabling chemical cleaning analysis on-site without disassembly. In most cases, the arrangement of the channels can position the inlets and outlets of the heat exchange medium on a fixed plate, eliminating the need to dismantle pipes during cleaning or maintenance of the plates, significantly reducing the time for maintenance personnel to learn and work.
