Product Overview: The SZG Bi-conical Rotating Vacuum Dryer is a rotating drum with a bi-conical shape. In a vacuum state, heat is transferred to the jacket by circulating thermal oil or hot water, which heats the wet material through contact with the inner wall of the drum. The water vapor or other gases evaporated from the wet material are then extracted through a vacuum pump via the vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the vacuum state inside the drum and the rotation of the drum that continuously moves the material up and down, inside and outside, the drying speed of the material is accelerated, enhancing the drying rate, and achieving uniform drying.
