Corn chips are a new type of fast food, known for their long shelf life and portability. They can be eaten directly or processed into other food products. The corn chip production equipment, with its high efficiency, has greatly facilitated people's lives. How is the installation and debugging process for corn chip equipment? Below, the editor introduces it to you.
1. Construct a rectangular base using square timbers or channel steel, sized to fit the equipment and motor foot holes of the corn chip machine. Secure the corn chip machine and motor to the base, attach a V-belt (B-type belt), and tighten it.
Remove the nozzle before use, apply some edible oil to the threads inside the nozzle and the screw head, re-tighten the nozzle, tighten the front flange, and adjust the rear flange evenly.
Prepare 2 ounces of soaked corn (soak for 5 minutes) before turning on the machine.
4. After half a minute of the machine running idle, if there are no unusual sounds, you can place the wet corn kernels one by one into the machine (be careful not to add the corn too quickly at first to avoid backflow or the core getting stuck). Once the popping sound of the spray nozzle is heard and the popcorn can be crushed by hand, switch to dry corn and gradually increase the amount of corn added. Under normal circumstances, you can puff 20-30 kilograms of corn per hour.
5. If there is a reverse feed, it is due to the material being discharged too quickly, as the nozzle temperature is not up to 120 degrees. In this case, the feeding should be stopped. The empty cycle can resume when the nozzle sprays again. If the nozzle still cannot bloom after 5 minutes, immediately unscrew the nozzle, shut down the machine, remove the screw rod, clear the excess material, reinstall, and continue operation.
Here is the method for the installation and debugging of the corn chip equipment; we hope it is helpful to all.
