The DLB-280 roller cutting automatic biscuit production line is developed by our company through the absorption of Japanese technology. The equipment is designed innovatively, structurally compact, and highly automated, completing the entire process from feeding, rolling, forming, waste recycling, drying, oil spraying, and cooling in one go. Our company offers over a hundred molds and dozens of process formulas. By changing the molds and process formulas, we can produce various popular biscuits on the market, such as butter biscuits, filled biscuits, ultra-thin biscuits, soda biscuits, animal biscuits, multivitamin biscuits, and vegetable biscuits.

Mixing Machine

Forming Machine

Function: For roller printing and roller cutting dual-purpose forming machineThree-roll continuous pressing, automatic shaping, automatic waste recycling, variable frequency speed control.

Electric Oven with Stand
