4. When using a toothed cutter, ensure the appropriate rotational speed based on the processing volume to avoid injury from excessive impact and cutting. Gear guards must be in place.
Do not touch rotating parts or measure workpieces while the equipment is in operation.
6. The mandrel used for broaching or grinding must be fitted with a stopper and key. After the workpiece is mounted, it must be securely tightened with the mandrel's nut, and the tip and gears should be well-lubricated.
When topping up oil, waiting for the vehicle to come to a complete stop, changing gears, or switching tools, it is mandatory to park the car.
8. When changing grinding wheels, adhere to the general operating procedures for the grinder. Regularly inspect the wheel mounting during work, and upon discovering any cracks, immediately remove and stop the machine for replacement.
9. Regularly inspect the performance of vacuum devices to prevent dust dispersion.
Operators must not leave the machine during operation; if they must leave, they must stop the machine and turn off the power switch. Before restarting, it is mandatory to check that all handles, workpieces, and cutting tools are securely in place before the machine can be operated again.
11. After work, it is essential to inspect and clean the equipment, perform daily maintenance, and set all operating handles (switches) to neutral (zero position). Then, pull the power switch to ensure orderliness, cleanliness, lubrication, and safety.

It should be free of cracks and properly installed. At the beginning of the sanding process, the feed should be small and the cutting speed slow to prevent the sanding wheel from becoming brittle due to cold conditions, especially during winter when average temperatures are low. Secure long products tightly and reliably. When focusing on the production processing of products, ensure balanced multi-faceted attention. It is strictly prohibited to use the reverse operation method to brake the rotating hydraulic chuck or to disengage it manually. Do not change speeds while the machine is running.
