The working principle of the non-negative pressure water supply equipment is:
Variable Frequency Constant Pressure Water Supply: When the municipal water supply exceeds the user's water consumption, the stable flow tank with no negative pressure water supply equipment provides variable frequency constant pressure water supply, allowing the stable flow tank to store a certain amount of pressurized water.
(2) Eliminating Negative Pressure: As the water usage increases, the water supply pressure at the connection between the municipal pipeline and the surge tank decreases. When the supply pressure drops below the relative pressure of 0, a negative pressure forms within the surge tank. At this point, the vacuum suppressor's intake valve opens, allowing atmospheric air into the surge tank. The surge tank then acts like an open water tank with a free liquid surface, with the supply pressure equal to atmospheric pressure, thereby eliminating the negative pressure. When the water level drops to the set value, the level controller sends a control signal to the control system in the variable frequency control cabinet. The booster pump set will then stop working, and the user will experience a water outage. When the water usage decreases, the water level in the surge tank rises, and the gas is expelled through the vacuum suppressor's exhaust valve. Once the supply pressure returns to normal, the booster pump set will automatically restart, restoring water supply.
(3) Water and Power Shutdown Function: In the event of a municipal water supply shutdown, the booster unit automatically stops operation under the control of the liquid level controller. Once the municipal water supply is restored, the equipment automatically restarts to resume normal water supply.
(4) Low-Flow Sleep Mode: When the user is not using water or the water usage is minimal, the device will automatically enter sleep mode (shutdown) while maintaining the water pressure. Upon the user resuming water use, the system will automatically wake up and restore normal water supply.
(5) Continuous Water Supply During Power Outages: When the residential community experiences a power outage, the municipal pipeline continues to supply water to low-level users to ensure uninterrupted water supply. Upon power restoration, the equipment automatically activates, resuming normal water supply.
