Abnormal sounds, severe overheating of the motor, live casing, circuit breaker trips, and inability to start are observed during the operation of the fan. Immediate shutdown and inspection are required. Maintenance is not permitted while the fan is in operation. After maintenance, a trial run of about five minutes should be conducted to confirm there are no abnormal phenomena before resuming operation.
According to environmental conditions, lubricating oil for bearings should be replenished or replaced periodically (motor enclosed bearings do not require lubricating oil replacement during their service life). To ensure optimal lubrication during the operation of the fan, oiling should be performed at least every 1000 hours. Fill the inner and outer rings of enclosed and motor bearings with lithium-based lubricating oil. Operation with insufficient oil is strictly prohibited.
Fan units should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When stored outdoors, proper rain protection measures must be in place. During storage and handling, prevent the fan from being bumped to avoid damage.
