1 Disengage the main power supply and check if the motor's grounding wire is intact.
2 Secure all parts with screws and couplings.
3 Ensure the insulation resistance of the electric motor meets the specified requirements.,Inspect the main circuit contact. If the contacts are severely burnt and eroded.(Contact point wear down to the original thickness1/3),The contacts should be replaced.
Please note: When repairing, a sign should be hung on the power source to inform others that maintenance is in progress.
