Stainless steel railing posts are available in various designs, including standard square and round tube columns at low costs. Flat steel posts come in two types: single-steel plate posts and double-steel plate posts, with triple-steel posts being quite rare. Steel posts can be quite expensive, and they also come in hollow and solid board variations. There are also non-standard posts with unconventional shapes, such as those using special-shaped槽tubes as columns, primarily used for railing handrails with floor-to-ceiling glass designs.
The advantages include convenience and speed, effectively saving time and costs. Non-color stainless steel columns feature finishes such as brushed, matte, and mirror, primarily distinguishing them from colored stainless steel columns. Titanium gold stainless steel columns are chemically treated to have a titanium gold plating on the metal surface, exuding luxury and commonly used in flat decorations like villas, hotels, and exhibition halls. For sprayed stainless steel columns, black spray is common. Control measures for stainless steel composite tubes include spray process parameters, where the injection pressure should match the diameter and length of the capillary tubes. This not only ensures strong sweeping and complete combustion but also prevents the incomplete combustion of oxides from being blown away from the capillary tubes by the airflow.
The nozzle height should be adjusted based on the capillary diameter to ensure proper alignment. After extended periods of use, the nozzle should be removed and cleaned. The blowing time should be adjusted according to the capillary's direction and length, with the standard being to expel metal oxides that are not suspended in the capillary. Inadequate heart shaft lubrication or low temperature of the lubricant can lead to internal scaling. To increase the heart shaft temperature, cooling water can only be used for cooling once.
