Introduction to Steel Grating

Manufacturing Process of Steel Grating Panels: Steel grating panels are made by welding load-bearing flat bars and crossbars at specified intervals using a 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automation system to form the original plate. The panels are then processed through cutting, drilling, and edging to meet customer specifications. Load-bearing flat bar spacing: The common spacing between adjacent load-bearing flat bars is 30, 40, 50, and various other sizes. Crossbar spacing: The standard spacing between adjacent crossbars is typically 50, 76, 80, 100, and various other sizes, which can be produced according to customer requirements and customized for different steel grating panel models.
