Introduction to Steel Grating

Manufacturing Process of Steel Grating Panels: Steel grating panels are made by welding load-bearing flat bars and crossbars at specific intervals into a solid plate using a 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding automated machine. The raw plate is then processed through cutting, punching, and edging, etc., to produce the product as required by the customer. Load-bearing Flat Bar Spacing: The spacing between adjacent load-bearing flat bars is typically 30, 40, 50, and various other sizes. Crossbar Spacing: The standard spacing between adjacent crossbars is usually 50, 76, 80, 100, and more, which can be produced according to customer specifications and customized for various steel grating panel models based on customer needs.
