Product Features

An electric vacuum sand suction machine is a negative pressure pneumatic conveying equipment specifically designed for the recovery of copper ore sand, steel sand, and other abrasive materials. It consists of components such as a gravity separator, cyclone dust collector, filter cylinder dust collector, vacuum pump, noise suppressor, and electrical control cabinet. The structure is compact and sturdy. The container frame facilitates hoisting and forklift transportation.

The SSCE series electric vacuum sand suction machines feature high sand suction capacity, low power consumption, advanced electrical control, and easy operation. They are available in two types: integrated mobile and split fixed.

Electric vacuum sand machine is special designed abrasive negative pressure pneumatic conveying equipment for recovery copper ore, such as steel grit and design . It consists of gravity dust cyclone separator, filter canister, dust catcher, vacuum pump, silencer and electric control cabinet components. The structure is compact strong. 1.1 IntroductionSTR-Series Vacuum Sand Removal MachinesA vacuum air conveying equipment specifically designed for reclaiming abrasive blasting grit. It is divided intoIntegratedAndSplit Type Fixed Whole Type Sand Suction MachinePrimarily used for ship-specific sand and dust extraction. The integrated sand extraction unit frame is made of welded steel sections, featuring lifting lugs at the top and forklift holes at the bottom for easy movement and transportation. The internal component arrangement is both compact and convenient for maintenance and repair.

IntegratedThe sand-suction machine is designed in two units:Main unit and dust removal unit

Sand Sucker TankBallast recovery tank. Connect two units with a hose. All internal electrical components are installed and connected. Power and gas supply by the user, ready for use.

Split-type Sand SeparatorPrimarily used for sand and dust extraction in shipbuilding painting workshops.

The split-type sand suction machine is designed into the following units according to the installation location of the user's painting workshop:

1.2 Operation Principle: Once the vacuum sand suction machine is started and in the automatic cycling working state, the suction nozzle is semi-inserted into the sand material. Under the action of the vacuum pump, the air carries the sand material into the suction pipe through the nozzle. Inside the gravity separation sand suction tank, the sand material and air separate; the sand material remains in the tank, while the air is filtered through a cyclone dust collector and filter cylinder dust collector, then it passes through the vacuum pump and a silencer to be exhausted from the exhaust port. When the sand suction tank is full, a level sensor sends a signal to the electric control box, and the sand suction machine automatically shuts down. The sand material in the tank is discharged through an automatic sand discharge valve, with the discharge time being the interval between start-ups. After discharge, the sand suction machine automatically restarts. In manual operation mode, the machine shuts down automatically when full, and the sand suction machine must be manually started; otherwise, it will not restart.

1.3 The STR series vacuum sand suction machines are equipped with multiple protection features to ensure efficient and reliable operation, including motor overload protection, vacuum overload protection, automatic unloading during startup and shutdown, phase loss and sequence protection, reverse blow compressed air under-pressure protection, and exhaust temperature protection.
