Viscoelastic Corrosion Inhibiting Paste

The adhesive-elastic corrosion-resistant paste is a new anti-corrosion product specifically designed for difficult-to-protect irregular equipment such as flanges, valves, various pipe fittings, lifting rings, manholes, etc. This product is an unhardening adhesive-elastic polymer with unique cold flow characteristics, capable of seeping into irregular structures for filling and shaping into a smooth appearance, thereby achieving protective effects.

The adhesive-viscous anti-corrosion paste is easy to apply and requires minimal surface preparation. Hand rust removal to St2 grade is sufficient for use. It provides excellent sealing and effectively prevents direct corrosion of equipment by moisture and other chemicals. The materials used are completely environmentally friendly, have a long service life, and comply with modern anti-corrosion design principles.

Characteristics of the viscoelastic anti-corrosion paste:

Surface treatment requirements are as low as ST2/3 grade, no need for borax rust removal.

2. Directly applicable to steel, PE, PP, FBE, etc. surfaces; no primer required.

3. Excellent sealing properties, completely blocking moisture and oxygen.

4. Minor defects can self-repair.

5. Excellent on-site operability, suitable for direct application on anti-corrosion of dissimilar components.

6. Wide operating temperature range from -30℃ to 130℃ in extreme cold and high-temperature environments; easy and convenient operation.

7. On-site construction quality is easy to control and is less affected by the environment and personnel's technical proficiency.

8. Available with optional outer sheath materials such as PVC/PE/PP, heat-shrinkable outer sheath, or fiber composite outer sheath.
