Glass Volume Measuring Device Calibration Equipment

I. Product Introduction:

The second-grade standard glass measuring instruments set is developed and assembled in accordance with the "Regulation for Verification of Common Glass Measuring Instruments" (JJG196-2006), and is paired with a verification stand for the verification, subsequent verification, and inspection during use of common glass measuring instruments such as titration pipettes, graduated micropipettes, single-marked micropipettes, single-marked volumetric flasks, graduated cylinders, and measuring cups.

Section II: Technical Specifications

(1) Model and measurement range of the second-class commonly used special standard glass measuring instruments: LR-2 type, 0.5-2000ml, 32 pieces per set.

Material

The capacity standard spheres are manufactured from colorless, transparent borosilicate glass and are free of concentrated stress after heat treatment.

(3) The linear expansion system meets the requirements of JJG20-89 standard.

(4) Allowable Tolerance

Meets the requirements of JJG196-90 "Code of Verification for Common Glass Measuring Instruments."

III. Principle

The Second-Class Commonly Used Special Standard Glass Graduated Beakers are calibrated using the capacity comparison method, which involves comparing the capacity of the standard glass graduated beakers with the glass graduated beakers being tested.

Section 4: Usage and Maintenance

Before use, check for any signs of leakage at the piston and all connections.

2. Prior to use, inspect the standard sphere for cleanliness. If any condensation or dirt is found inside, clean it with fuming sulfur until no condensation is present.

Ensure the use of distilled and clean water for calibration.

4. After calibration, the water inside the standard ball should be drained to prevent long-term accumulation and the formation of scale.

5. Standard balls should not be cleaned with strong acids, alkalis, or other chemical agents.

6. In accordance with JJG20-2001 "Standard Glass Measuring Cylinder Verification Procedure," a cycle of three years is required for standard instruments to be inspected.
