Testing Pressure Tester Usage Method:
Overview
This series of instruments can detect the insulation strength and other technical indicators of the tested equipment or materials. They are widely used for voltage withstand tests of electrical equipment, appliances, transformers, power cables, electricity meters, motors, power outlets, cable lines, and more. They are suitable for the voltage withstand tests of household appliances such as televisions, fans, tape recorders, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, hair dryers, and for electronic whole machines such as instruments and meters. They also provide testing methods for the implementation of national safety standards, thereby highlighting their importance. They have become an indispensable instrument and equipment for scientific research institutions, metrological testing departments, and the electronics industry in detecting electronic instruments and household appliances. They comply with the requirements of [the document mentioned].GB4706.1Standard.
This series of instruments boasts an aesthetically pleasing design and easy operation. Output voltage is clearly displayed on a digital panel, offering a straightforward, intuitive, and accurate reading. The entire unit is technologically advanced with a well-arranged layout, featuring high accuracy, excellent reliability, and convenient maintenance.
Parts Description:
(1Relay: This electrical control220VIs the power connected to the regulator, thereby controlling the engagement or disconnection of the high-voltage output?
(2Voltage Regulator: Primarily composed of a voltage transformer, the change in voltage is achieved through the regulation of this transformer.
(3High-voltage Transformer: By adjusting the voltage regulator knob, the input voltage of the high-voltage transformer is increased, from which high voltage is obtained. Direct AC voltage output
(4Current Detector: This part of the circuit converts the current passing through the item being measured into voltage, compares it with a reference voltage, and then outputs a detection signal to the controller.
(5The controller operates based on signals from the current detector and the start, reset buttons, and timer, controlling whether the relay is connected and if the alarm circuit triggers an alert.
(6The timer: After pressing the start button, the high voltage is connected, and the timer begins to countdown. Once the timer reaches zero, the high voltage is disconnected through the control circuit, thereby achieving the purpose of timed testing.
Alert: During the testing process,When the leakage current exceeds the set leakage current preset,Driven by the driver module, the buzzer and ultra-leakage lamp emit an audible and visual alarm.,Simultaneously, it automatically cuts off high voltage.

Usage Instructions
Warning: Under no circumstances should a direct short circuit be made to the terminal while the instrument is under high voltage output or no load, as it may pose a risk and cause damage to the instrument.
1.During instrument testing, the "timer" on the instrument must be selected as non-00"Status must be confirmed; otherwise, the circuit will fail to initiate the test due to self-locking."
2Power: Ensure the "Voltage Adjustment" knob is set to0Position the device, then turn on the power switch.
3Set test voltage: After activation, adjust the voltage control knob, set to the desired test voltage, and then press the reset button.
Set Leakage Current Preset Value: Press the leakage current selection button, turnThe "preset adjustment" dial sets the leakage current value, aligning it with the leakage current reference value required for the item being tested.
5Connect the object to be measured: Ensure the output voltage meter indicates0In the absence of the "Test" light, first connect the test lead (black) to the item being tested, then attach the high-voltage test probe to the item.
6.Test:
(1Manual Testing:
aPress the timed button switch to pop it out (i.e., not timed), then press the "Start" button. The "Test" indicator light will illuminate, applying the test voltage to the object being tested.
bAfter the test is complete, press the "Reset" button to disconnect the output voltage.
cIf the current passing through the object under test exceeds the set leakage current limit, the instrument deems the object "unqualified," automatically cuts off the high-voltage output, and emits an "over-limit" alarm. The over-leakage indicator light illuminates, and an alarm sound is produced. Pressing the "reset" button clears the alarm signal.
(2Scheduled Testing:
aFirst, set the test voltage according to the manual testing method, then press "Reset."
bPress the timer button and adjust the timer to the desired test time.
cPress the "Start" button, the "Test" light illuminates, applying high voltage to the item under test. The timer begins, and upon completion, the instrument automatically resets, disconnecting the test voltage. If the item passes the test, the instrument does not generate an alarm signal.
dIf an "out-of-limit" signal occurs during testing, proceed according to the manual testing method.cPlease refer to the operation instructions.
