 The Battery Charge-Discharge Tester is an integrated testing device that combines constant current discharge, intelligent charging, and charge-discharge cycles for batteries. It is used for regular battery group inspections and for revitalizing aged batteries. Suitable for telecommunications, base stations, and power departments, it is also applicable for testing and cycling activation of traction battery packs for various types of forklifts, golf carts, and trains.

Product Features

The product utilizes a custom nickel-chromium alloy resistor as the load source. Low resistance; enables discharge with greater current, and the custom appearance achieves higher power density. High precision; the accuracy can be controlled within ±0.001Within Ω, it acts as a load source to stabilize the discharge process. Low temperature coefficient; minimally affected by temperature coefficient, with strong environmental adaptability. Resistant to current surges; has strong current resistance, can quickly respond to large current surges, and ensures a more reliable discharge process.

Intelligent Chip Control. The discharge process is smartly controlled, automatically adjusting with the decrease in battery voltage to ensure constant current discharge. Real-time collection of individual battery voltage is displayed in a curve format, facilitating evaluation and analysis. Simultaneously, intelligent analysis of the battery voltage status is conducted, along with an assessment. The system calculates the conversion between discharge capacity and discharge hour rate, achieving an optimal assessment effect for battery state of charge. Multiple threshold values can be set, with intelligent judgment.

It can also automatically present cells with high and low voltages in real-time, helping you quickly analyze the trend of individual cell changes.

View Charge-Discharge Curve: Allows you to review the voltage and current curves of the battery pack during the discharge process.
