According to the test regulations for the withstand voltage of primary electrical equipment in 220V and below substation, the corresponding AC/DC withstand voltage test equipment must meet both high voltage, low current test conditions and low voltage, high current test conditions. It is required to have a wide applicability range, utilizing the principle of series resonance. The main equipment consists of a variable frequency power supply control box (console), an excitation transformer, an inductor, and a capacitive voltage divider. By connecting a rectifier silicon stack and a microammeter to the capacitive voltage divider, a DC withstand voltage test can be completed. Due to the excellent filtering characteristics of the system after resonance, the produced DC voltage is superior to that of a common test transformer rectifier.The output DC voltage is an ideal voltage-resistant equipment for high-voltage testing departments at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, as well as for power installation, maintenance, and testing engineering units.
