The principle of the resonant step-up test device for CVT verification: The TPXB CVT verification resonant step-up device must perform tests at a frequency of 50Hz during verification. Additionally, the on-site geographical conditions are complex, making it difficult for traditional experimental devices to meet the requirements of on-site transportation and testing. Output voltage and current waveforms are excellent with distortion less than 0.5%.

2. The required capacitance is low, with the power capacity needing to be 1/Q of the test capacity, and the Q value can range from 20 to 60.

3. No over-voltage protection is required. When the test sample is punctured, the system becomes out of tune, and the resonant high voltage disappears. The inductor immediately limits the short-circuit current, preventing further damage to the test sample.

4. The unit is easy to transport to the site, being a dry-type combined series resonant device, consisting of an excitation transformer and multiple resonant reactors. Each component unit is compact in size and lightweight.

5. The protection features are comprehensive, including zero-point protection (preventing system startup when the voltage output control knob is not at zero), over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and arc protection, ensuring the reliability of the system.
