High Current Temperature Rise Test

I. Overview

The fully automatic temperature rise test device is a specialized product designed by our company for temperature rise tests on winding, wires, cables, copper bars, and other test samples, and has now evolved to its third generation.

The device employs advanced microelectronic processing technology, allowing for the entire operation process to be pre-set. It features a full Chinese interface for easy and intuitive operation. Once the parameters are set, the device automatically conducts tests without any human intervention, demonstrating high levels of automation and reliability.

Scope of Application

The multi-channel temperature data logger records the temperature data of the test sample in real-time, with a long-term output current of 0-600A (output voltage not less than AC12V/DC6V).

III. Operating Conditions

● Voltage: Single-phase AC 220V ±10%, 50Hz ±1 Hz

● The power supply capacity is no less than 10KVA, does not require a separate power line, and has no impact on the quality of electricity.

●Rated operating temperature +25°C, with an allowable range of -10°C to 45°C, and relative air humidity not exceeding 85%.

The control room is situated away from electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibrations to prevent corrosion from harmful gases.

● There must be no excessive dust, acids, salts, corrosive, or explosive gases in the air.

● Installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
