This tester is developed in accordance with the National Standard GB/T3048-2007 "Test Methods for Electrical Properties of Wires and Cables," Part 4: "Direct Current Resistance Test of Conductors," and refers to the relevant provisions in Part 2: "Resistance Rate Test of Metallic Materials." It is mainly used for testing the direct current resistance of large cross-sectional conductors and can also be used as a 100A (up to 120A) direct current standard source independently. Its composition includes a 0.05-level direct current standard source, a resistance voltage drop measurement board, and a control microcontroller.
The measurement board employs a C8051F350 microcontroller with a 24-bit ADC. The ADC features an integral non-linearity of ±15ppm FS (full scale) and a gain error of ±0.002% after calibration.
The display features a 5.7-inch color LCD screen, with clear chart character display.

Note:
1. The recommended test current value is applicable to a 1M long copper conductor. For aluminum conductors, the current value should be halved.
2. If the cross-sectional area (mm²) of Rx is known, you can manually select the input current around 0.6A/mm², but only up to 120A for high currents.
For selected current ≤ 60A, if necessary, take 1.41 times the current and measure again.
