The voltage transformer field tester combines the functions of measuring voltage transformer errors using the low-to-high calibration method and the potential difference method, making it convenient for on-site calibration of measurement devices.
2. On-site calibration of voltage transformers can be achieved without the need for standard voltage transformers, step-up transformers, load boxes, and voltage regulation control boxes. This is made possible by using a very simple test wiring and operation, which greatly reduces the workload and enhances work efficiency, making it convenient to conduct on-site calibration of voltage transformers.
The field-test instrument for voltage transformers is equipped with a standard voltage transformer QI with the same transformation ratio as the measured voltage transformer, boasting an accuracy of 0.05 class. It accurately measures the transformation ratio and no-load error of the measured voltage transformer. Then, by combining the test results of impedance and admittance, the error of the transformer is calculated.
