Product Overview:

The circuit breaker final inspection station is controlled by a supervisory computer's testing software, which can perform full automatic tests on the mechanical characteristics of the switch, circuit resistance, transformer ratio, and polarity, etc.

Product Performance

Date:固有 opening and closing times of 12 circuit breakers, same phase and inter-phase at the same period.

Reversing Switch: Time values for each phase of the closing-closing, opening-closing, opening-closing-opening process: single close time, single open time, double close time, golden short time, and no current time.

Jump Test: Contact closing bounce time, bounce count, bounce process, and bounce waveform for each contact; rebound amplitude for each contact opening.

Speed: Split and close speed, high speed, time-distance characteristic curve.

Trip Details: Total Distance, Open Distance, Excess Distance, Overshoot Distance, Rebound Amplitude.

Electric Current: Break and close current values of the switch coil, as well as current waveform diagrams.

Action Voltage: The in-built DC30～250V/10A digital adjustable circuit breaker with an action power supply automatically completes the low-voltage action test of the circuit breaker and measures the action voltage value.
