Product Overview
The Battery Charge-Discharge Tester is an integrated testing device that combines constant current discharge, intelligent charging, and charge-discharge cycles for batteries. It is used for regular battery group inspections and reactivation of aged batteries. Suitable for telecommunications, base stations, and power departments, it is also applicable for testing and reactivation cycles of traction battery groups in various types of forklifts, golf carts, and trains.

Product Features
Our product utilizes custom nickel-chromium alloy resistors as the load source. Low resistance; enables greater current discharge, and the custom appearance enhances power density. High precision; accuracy can be controlled within ±0.001Ω, ensuring a more stable discharge process as a load source. Low temperature coefficient; minimally affected by temperature coefficients, with strong environmental adaptability. Current shock resistance; robust against current shocks, capable of quickly responding to large current surges, making the discharge process more reliable.
Smart Chip Control: The discharge process is intelligently controlled to automatically adjust with the decline in battery voltage, ensuring constant current discharge. Real-time single-cell battery voltage collection and graphical display for easy evaluation and analysis. The system also intelligently analyzes battery voltage status and provides assessments. It calculates the conversion between discharge capacity and discharge hour rate for optimal battery state assessment. Multiple threshold values can be set for intelligent judgment.
7-inch Large LCD Touchscreen: Featuring a large touch screen with a resolution of 1024x600, it allows for direct on-screen clicking operations, offering simplicity and clarity. Strong anti-interference capability.
Introducing the optional LORA wireless individual cell monitoring module: compatible with 2V/6V/12V individual cell voltage monitoring. Each wireless monitoring module can simultaneously monitor up to 6 cells, requiring only 1/6 of the modules compared to monitoring a single cell's voltage (48V only needs 4 monitoring modules), simplifying the wiring operations of the wireless module.
Automatic Discharge Current Calculation Function: Built-in hourly discharge coefficients, capable of automatically calculating the required discharge current based on the nominal capacity of the battery being tested and the desired discharge rate.
During the battery charging and discharging process, real-time detection and display of individual cell voltages: The host screen presents the changing trajectory of individual cell voltage bar graphs, supports data table display, and can automatically present cells with high and low voltages in real-time, helping you quickly analyze the trend of individual cell changes.
Charge/Discharge Curve Review: Allows for reviewing the voltage and current curves during the discharge process.
Data Transfer: The main server is configured with a USB drive for data backup. Data analysis software is capable of parsing the data and supports report generation.
