Online Monitoring Function: Real-time monitoring of battery packs and individual cells during online discharge, equalizing, floating charge, and other states; including total pack voltage, individual cell voltage, total charge/discharge current, total charge/discharge capacity, and monitoring time.

Discharge Function: Utilize smart dummy load for constant current or constant power discharge after the battery pack is disconnected from the system, or connect the smart dummy load in parallel with the user's equipment for constant current discharge. Discharge testing can be stopped when the battery pack reaches the set termination voltage, termination capacity, termination time, or if any single cell voltage falls below the set termination voltage, or if a manual termination operation is initiated. The termination condition for single cell voltage can also be set to only trigger an alarm without termination.

The tester then automatically performs the charging process and displays real-time information, including charging current, charge capacity, total voltage, single-cell battery voltage, and charging time.;During charging, parameters can be re-modified; charging can be stopped when the set charging time is reached, the set capacity is achieved, a charging module malfunctions, or the operation is manually terminated.;

Discharge, charge, and activation functions: After the battery pack is disconnected from the system and the discharge/charge parameters are set, the meter begins to operate. Once the battery pack is fully discharged, it automatically switches to the charging function, eliminating the need for manual operation.

During the testing process, the tester automatically terminates the test when an anomaly is detected in the entire battery pack or a single battery, or when the tester itself is malfunctioning, to protect the battery. The tester features an integrated design of the monitoring section and the power section, utilizing new high-efficiency components in the power section. The user-friendly interface is easy to operate, with clear processes and simplified Chinese prompts for each step.
