    Product Overview

    The intelligent battery charger is specifically designed for rapid charging, individual inspection, battery activation charging, routine maintenance, and initial charging tests for new installations of battery packs operating at voltages of (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V). It features intelligent three-stage charging, automatic switching between bulk/float charging and constant current/constant voltage, a large LCD screen with full Chinese menu prompts for easy operation, and high intelligence. It allows for setting and controlling parameters such as voltage, current, time, and capacity, automatically completing various tests on battery pack parameters. The charger supports automatic charging, and upon completion, the data can be directly uploaded to a PC via the RS232 interface or saved to a USB drive on-site. The accompanying data processing software processes the collected charge/discharge data, analyzes the remaining battery capacity, generates various charts, providing a scientific basis for battery performance analysis.

    When used in conjunction with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of individual cells within a battery pack, enabling the timely detection of faulty cells with severe performance degradation that lead to overcharging.

    Wide Voltage Design: Charging voltage can start from "zero," reaching up to 1000V, catering to the charging needs of various battery packs.

    Customizable Support: Charging voltage, charging current, and output voltage levels can all be customized according to the user's actual needs.

    The main control board utilizes a high-performance ARM CPU from the imported STMicroelectronics company: stable performance, high frequency, and powerful functionality. The discharge process employs dual CPU redundancy design, with the primary and secondary CPUs working in tandem, greatly enhancing the safety and reliability of the testing.

    7-inch Full-color Touchscreen Display: Equipped with a high-definition 1024x800 resolution touchscreen, it offers intuitive display of histograms, tables, charts, data reports, and help documents. The touchpad features a military-grade multi-layer composite film resistive touchpad, particularly suitable for direct current battery rooms and electromagnetic interference and transient pulse interference generated by high-frequency charging machines.

    Our system comes with multiple pre-set test template functions: it includes six commonly used test parameter templates, with the data in the templates saved during power failure, eliminating the need to reset the settings every time the system boots up. Simply power on and start testing—true one-click operation for simple and efficient testing.

    View Historical Data Curves: Query built-in data files in the form of charts and waveform curves, and perform multi-angle displays such as zoom in, zoom out, left shift, and right shift on the waveform graph.

    Our system boasts robust data storage and backup capabilities: featuring an integrated 16GB storage space, it can store over 1000 sets of charge-discharge data, and supports functions such as viewing, analyzing, and deleting historical data. It comes with a 16G USB flash drive for data analysis and backup management via PC-based software.

    The instrument features calibration capabilities, including voltage and current calibration correction, allowing for on-site calibration and correction of measurement errors to ensure accuracy. This feature is particularly suitable for use when consistency between the instrument readings and on-site meters is required.

    Our system allows for various charging test alert functionalities: including automatic cessation of charging upon reaching any of the following conditions – charge capacity, charging duration, or voltage threshold of the entire set – as well as multiple fault alert displays such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and reversed voltage test terminals.

    Rich expansion interfaces: The instrument's back features multiple machine parallel connection, remote control, USB, and other communication interfaces.

    Our advanced master station analysis and management software is equipped to perform in-depth analysis on the test data generated by the equipment. It includes individual voltage curves, group voltage curves, group current curves, individual bar graphs, real-time data tables, and features like master station software password protection and experimental conclusions. The software can automatically generate Excel or Word document format reports for printing and archiving based on user requirements.
