 The Battery Charge-Discharge Tester is a comprehensive testing device that integrates constant current discharge, intelligent charging, and charge-discharge cycles. It is used for regular battery group inspections and the revitalization of aged batteries. Suitable for telecommunications, base stations, and power departments, it is also applicable for testing and cyclic activation of traction battery groups in various types of forklifts, golf carts, and trains.

lProducts utilize customized nickel-chromium alloy resistors as load sources. Low resistance; capable of achieving greater current discharge, with a customized appearance that allows for higher power density. High precision; the accuracy can be controlled to±0.001ΩInternally, it serves as a load source to stabilize the discharge process. Low temperature coefficient; less affected by temperature coefficients, with strong environmental adaptability. Resists current surges; high current resistance allows for rapid response to large current surges, ensuring a more reliable discharge process.

lIntelligent Chip Control. The discharge process is smartly controlled, automatically adjusting with the decline of battery voltage to ensure constant current discharge. Real-time collection of single battery voltage is displayed in a curve format for easy evaluation and analysis. Meanwhile, intelligent analysis of battery voltage status is conducted with assessments made. Smart calculation between discharge capacity and discharge hour rate is implemented for optimal battery state evaluation. Multiple threshold values can be set for intelligent judgment.

lDuring battery charging and discharging, real-time detection and display of individual cell voltages: The host screen presents the changing trajectory of individual cell voltage bar graphs, supports data table display, and can automatically and real-time highlight cells with high and low voltages, aiding in quick analysis of the trend of cell changes.

lReview Charge-Discharge Curves: Allows users to review voltage and current curves during the discharge process.
