Battery Capacity Tester

Instrument preparation：

Remove the resistance tester and inspect for any visible damage or missing parts.

Confirm battery type and voltage, select the corresponding test wire and insert it into the corresponding port of the tester.

Follow the instructions to connect the test wire to the positive and negative terminals of the battery.

Power on the instrument and launch the software.

Test Operation：

Warm-up: After powering on, wait a few minutes to allow the instrument to warm up until the readings on the display stabilize.

Set test parameters: Select battery type and voltage for setup.

Start Testing: Press the test button and wait for the test to complete.

Test results indicate: The display shows test results, including internal resistance values and battery capacity.

Data Analysis：

Determine if the battery needs to be replaced based on test results.

Store test data on the computer for comparison and analysis.

Regularly inspect batteries using an ohmmeter to ensure normal operation.
