Online Resistance Measurement Feature:

ED0618The online monitoring system for battery banks detects the internal resistance of each battery cell. The battery online monitoring system utilizes DC internal resistance online testing technology, featuring high-speed feature point capture, multiple protection, and self-check functions. Therefore, it effectively resolves the technical challenge of accurately measuring the internal resistance of battery banks online, safely, and precisely. The testing process does not require disconnecting the charger from the battery bank, ensuring no disruption to the normal operation of the DC system. The test is unaffected by charger ripple and external environmental interference, providing accurate and stable data measurements.

Online Automatic Balancing Maintenance Feature

ED0618Battery预警Online Monitoring System's Online Automatic Balancing Maintenance Function: Automatically inspects the voltage of each individual battery while the battery is in float charge status, and performs staged supplementary charging for batteries with voltages below the set float charge voltage (long-term under-charging), as well as discharges over-charged batteries to relieve the over-charge state; ensuring voltage equilibrium during float charging, keeping each battery in optimal active condition. Effectively prevents battery dehydration due to long-term over-charging or sulfation due to long-term under-charging, while solidifying the battery, enhancing the energy absorption ratio, thereby increasing the backup time and service life of the battery bank. Breaks the "bucket principle" – even with underperforming batteries, it no longer affects the performance of other batteries. Also provides a consistent "starting point" test platform for capacity and internal resistance tests during routine maintenance.

Online Automatic Pulsed Activation Maintenance Feature

ED0618The battery early warning online monitoring system automatically provides positive and negative pulse currents to underperforming single cells in float charging mode, thereby activating the crystallization of the internal electrode plates and the precipitation of sulfuric acid in the battery. This prevents sulfation of the battery due to long-term float charging and eliminates potential safety hazards caused by internal issues.
