Motor Test Bench

I. System Composition

The system is suitable for1140V,3300V,6000V,10000VVoltage grade, motor capacity1000KWThe following comprehensive motor tests include parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during the motor's no-load operation, as well as electrical strength, insulation resistance, DC resistance, and inter-turn surge tests. These tests are conducted in real-time by industrial control computers, displaying the parameters of the tested product. The system primarily consists of a power cabinet, a three-phase oil-immersed electric voltage regulator, a high-voltage start-up cabinet, a motor no-load test bench, and electrical wires and cables. The power cabinet, three-phase step-up transformer, and cables are to be provided by the buyer.

The output signal of the high-voltage cabinet is connected to the motor test bench via the voltage and current transformers inside the cabinet. Through the voltage, current, and power collection modules of the motor test bench, the collected data is communicated to the industrial control computer, achieving intelligent control, collection, statistics, and printing of the system.
