Motor Integrated Test Bench

Motor Test System, also known as Motor Inspection System or Comprehensive Performance Test System for Motors, is a specialized equipment designed for motor testing and evaluation. It utilizes instruments, meters, and related equipment to inspect the electrical, mechanical, safety, and reliability technical indicators of semi-finished and finished products in the manufacturing and maintenance processes of motors, as well as the matching products with motors as the main component, in accordance with relevant regulations.

Motor testing types mainly include semi-finished product tests and finished product tests. Semi-finished product tests primarily focus on the components or assemblies of the motor, such as the inter-turn withstand voltage test of the winding and the three-phase current balance test of the stator three-phase winding. On the other hand, finished product tests involve performance tests on the assembled motor, either partially or entirely, including type tests and inspection tests.

Type testing is a series of tests conducted on one or more motors manufactured according to a specific design to demonstrate that the design complies with certain standards.The inspection, commonly referred to as the factory test, is a partial performance check conducted on each assembled motor, including tests such as insulation resistance measurement, no-load test, and locked-rotor test.

Motor testing systems typically consist of two components: hardware and software. The hardware component includes testing instruments and sensors, which are used to collect test data; the software component, on the other hand, is used for controlling the testing process, processing data, and generating test reports. By testing and analyzing various parameters of the motor, one can determine the motor's operating status, energy consumption, and health level, providing a scientific basis for maintenance and optimization.
