Product Introduction

The TPXB series portable variable-frequency resonance booster, designed specifically for cables, utilizes the adjustment of power frequency to achieve resonance between the reactor and the capacitor under test. This results in high voltage and high current on the test item, representing a new method and trend in high-voltage testing. It has been widely applied both domestically and internationally.

The TPXB series variable frequency resonant boost device utilizes a dedicated SPWM digital waveform generator chip with a 16-bit frequency resolution, achieving a frequency fineness of up to 0.1Hz in the 20~300Hz range. It employs an orthogonal asynchronous fixed carrier modulation method to ensure good output waveforms across the entire frequency range. The power section features an advanced IPM module, ensuring stability and safety with minimal weight.

The TPXB series variable frequency resonance step-up device consists of a frequency-modulated voltage regulator, excitation transformer, reactor, and capacitor voltage divider.

Product Features

The high-voltage cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below are widely used, resulting in substantial testing workloads. Therefore, the voltage withstand testing devices for such cables are compact, lightweight, and portable, giving rise to the birth of the portable cable voltage withstand testing system.

2. The system requires that individual components weigh no more than 30kg for manual handling by a single person on-site, and no more than 60kg for handling by two people on-site, making it suitable for on-site transportation.

The power supply utilizes a single-phase 220V or a single 380V power source, facilitating on-site electricity access.

4. The reactors are made with dry epoxy casting, offering both aesthetic appeal and reliability, meeting the requirements of various cables.

5. For 110kV and above voltage level cable voltage withstand tests, oil-immersed reactors are used. When the individual weight exceeds 100kg, an optional small electric crane specifically designed by our company is available.
