Equipment utilizes a switch-mode power supply to form a high-voltage constant current source, with no-load voltage- 15,000V, short-circuit current of 30mA. Utilizing a high-sensitivity amplifier and galvanometer for balance indication, it forms a balanced bridge with a proportional potentiometer, all placed at a high potential. The test cables are specially designed double-core high-voltage rubber insulated cables. The four-terminal resistance measurement method is used to avoid errors introduced by lead resistance. The test cables are reliably grounded through a woven shielding layer, with the panel buttons at ground potential and the bridge operated via an insulated rod.
