Product Introduction
The TPXB series portable variable frequency resonance boosting device for cables utilizes the adjustment of power frequency to achieve resonance between the reactor and the test capacitor, enabling high voltage and high current to be obtained on the test item. It represents a new method and trend in high-voltage testing and has been widely applied both domestically and internationally.
The TPXB series frequency conversion resonant step-up devices utilize a dedicated SPWM digital waveform generator chip, with a 16-bit frequency resolution, achieving a frequency fineness of 0.1Hz at 20~300Hz. They employ an orthogonal asynchronous fixed carrier modulation method to ensure excellent output waveforms across the entire frequency range. The power section uses advanced IPM modules, ensuring stability and safety with minimal weight.
The TPXB series variable frequency resonance step-up device consists of a frequency-modulated voltage regulator, excitation transformer, reactor, and capacitor voltage divider.

The high voltage test devices for cables at 35kV and below are in high demand due to the extensive testing required, resulting in compact and lightweight portable cable insulation resistance test systems.
2. The system requires that individual components can be manually moved on-site with a weight not exceeding 30kg, and components requiring two people to move should not exceed 60kg, making it suitable for on-site transportation.
3. The power supply is designed for either a single-phase 220V or a three-phase 380V power source, conveniently allowing on-site power access.
4. The reactors are partially adopted with dry epoxy casting, offering both aesthetic appeal and reliability, suitable for the requirements of various cables.
5. For cable withstand tests at 110kV and above, an oil-immersed reactor is used. When the individual weight exceeds 100kg, an optional dedicated small electric crane from our company is available.
