Cable Series Resonance Technology Description:The TPXB series AC withstand voltage test device employs the method of adjusting the frequency of the power supply to achieve resonance between the reactor and the capacitor under test, resulting in high voltage and high current on the test item. It represents a new method and trend in high-voltage testing and has been widely applied both domestically and internationally.
Principle of Cable Series Resonant Technology:The TPXB series AC voltage withstand test equipment utilizes a dedicated SPWM digital waveform generator chip with a 16-bit frequency resolution, achieving a frequency fineness of up to 0.1Hz between 20Hz and 300Hz. It employs an orthogonal asynchronous fixed carrier modulation method to ensure excellent waveform output across the entire frequency range. The power section incorporates advanced IPM modules, ensuring stability and safety of the tester while maintaining a low weight.

The high-voltage cables below 35kV are widely used, resulting in a significant amount of testing work. Therefore, compact and lightweight withstand voltage testing devices have been developed, leading to the birth of portable cable withstand voltage testing systems.
2. This system requires that individual components weighing no more than 30kg can be moved on-site by a single person, and components that can be moved on-site by two people should not exceed 60kg, suitable for on-site handling.
Power supply is available in 220V single-phase or 380V single-phase, convenient for on-site power access.
4. The reactors are partially made with dry epoxy casting, offering an aesthetically pleasing and reliable solution, suitable for various cable requirements.
5. Cable withstand voltage tests for voltage levels of 110kV and above utilize oil-immersed reactors. When the individual weight exceeds 100kg, an optional dedicated small electric crane from our company can be provided.
