I. Features
Equipped with dual power supply, it can be manually or automatically switched. Using contactors allows for load-bearing switching, ensuring reliable power supply.
The AC power supply utilizes a high-capacity isolation transformer to isolate the system power from the test power, and an additional shielding layer is installed between the primary and secondary windings to protect the test power from grid transient processes and other harmonic interferences. The transformer is wired in Δ/Y0 configuration, significantly reducing the third harmonic, ensuring the quality of the power supply.
Direct current (DC) power supplies can continuously and smoothly adjust voltage to accommodate the needs of various test projects.
Our switching power supplies utilize the DZ47-60 type automatic switches, which operate swiftly, have a long service life, and feature automatic tripping in case of short-circuit or overloading.
The output power supply features a leakage protection switch, ensuring the safety of the test personnel. This switch boasts stable performance, high sensitivity, and reliable operation, with features including automatic trip for short-circuit and over-load protection.
The DC circuit utilizes the GM32M DC circuit breaker, which operates swiftly, boasts a long lifespan, and features automatic tripping for short circuits and overloads.
Performance
Insulation Resistance: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, the insulation resistance between each circuit and the casing of the device is not less than 10MΩ; the insulation resistance between each independent circuit is not less than 10MΩ.
Medium Strength: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, the above-mentioned circuits and the circuits between them can withstand an alternating current of 50Hz and a voltage of 2kV (RMS) for a duration of 1 minute of testing without any insulation breakdown or arc-over phenomena.
Impulse Voltage: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, each AC and DC circuit should be able to withstand a 5kV (peak) standard lightning impulse short-duration test on the housing.
The communication loop utilizes the DZ47-60 miniature automatic switch, which boasts a mechanical life of over 20,000 operations for on-off switching, with instantaneous breaking current reaching (4~7)Ie.
The DC circuit utilizes the GM32M DC circuit breaker, capable of instantaneous current interruption up to (3~10)Ie (optional).
III. Terms of Use
Proper measures should be in place to prevent rain and snow from affecting the usage area.
Altitude does not exceed 2,000 meters.
Ambient air temperature: -5℃ to +40℃.
At 40°C, the air humidity should not exceed 50%; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible, with a maximum of 90% at 20°C.
The machinery is designed to operate with vibration amplitude not exceeding 0.05mm and frequency not exceeding 600 cycles per minute.
The inclination from the plumb line is no more than 5°.
The surrounding medium poses no explosion hazard, contains no conductive dust, and no corrosive gases.

1. Exchange Segment
Rated Input Voltage: Three-phase 220V/380V, Frequency 50Hz.
Rated output voltage: 220V/380V, three-phase four-wire, with three-way output.
58V/100V, three-phase four-wire, with three-way output.
When the three-phase input is balanced, the output unbalance is less than 1%.
The third harmonic component is less than 3%.
The input transformer has a capacity of 15kVA, and under an eight-hour work schedule, the maximum output current is 3×22.8A.
2. Direct Current Segment
Power input is AC three-phase 380V.
The direct current voltage output is continuously adjustable from 0 to 250V, with three-way output.
The rectifier transformer has a capacity of 5kVA, and under an 8-hour work schedule, it can deliver a high output current of 20A.
