Key Features

 

1. The instrument meets all on-site testing requirements. It features standard four-phase voltage and three-phase current output, with 125V per phase and 40A per phase current. The three-phase parallel capability reaches 120A. It can test both traditional relays and protective devices as well as modern microcomputer protections. Particularly, testing transformer differential protection and backup power supply units is more convenient and perfect.

2. All technical specifications fully comply with the standards set forth by the Ministry of Power in the DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Test Devices."

The classic Windows XP operating interface offers a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate experience; coupled with a high-performance embedded industrial control computer and an 8.4-inch TFT true-color display with a resolution of 800×600, it provides rich and intuitive information, including the current status of the equipment and various helpful messages.

4. The device's built-in Windows XP operating system features a recovery function, which prevents system crashes caused by improper shutdowns or accidental operations.

Equipped with a super-thin industrial keyboard and an optical mouse, operations can be performed just like on a regular PC, either via the keyboard or the mouse.

6. The main control board utilizes a DSP+FPGA architecture, featuring a 16-bit DAC output that can generate a high-density sine wave with 2,000 points per cycle for the fundamental frequency. This significantly enhances the waveform quality and boosts the accuracy of the testing instrument.

7. The amplifier employs a high-fidelity linear amplifier, ensuring both precision with low currents and stability with high currents.

8. Communicates directly with a PC via USB interface, without the need for any additional cables, for easy and convenient use.

9. Compatible with laptops (optional). Laptops run the same software as industrial control computers, eliminating the need to re-learn operation methods.

10. Equipped with GPS synchronization testing function. The device can be built-in with an optional GPS synchronization card and connected to a PC via an RS232 port, enabling two test instruments to conduct synchronized exchange tests remotely.

11. Equipped with an independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, featuring 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A) outputs, designed to supply power to relays or protective devices requiring DC working power.

The software self-calibration feature eliminates the need to open the case and adjust potentiometers for precision calibration, significantly enhancing the stability of accuracy.
