Feed Material: The closed-loop boiling dryers are equipped with a grade difference feeding system, which offers low compressive strength during operation, prevents raw materials from contacting the pipeline, and ensures a fast feeding speed.

Dry: After the system is nitrogen-filled, the internal airflow of the machinery is driven by the centrifugal fan; it then enters the filter unit, where it is heated by the electric heater to the server; it undergoes many processes in the server's material storage. It experiences extensive liquid-phase contact for heat transfer through convection (removing solvent, retaining heat); it then enters the dust removal equipment, where fine particles are intercepted again; it proceeds to the cooler, where it undergoes another heat transfer by convection (removing heat, retaining solvent), and then returns to the centrifugal fan to maintain the cycle. During the drying process in the closed-loop boiling dryers, there is no difference between the internal and external conditions.

Material Inbound: To feed machinery equipment, open the flip plate under the material cylinder of the machine, start the vacuum pump to shake off the equipment, and remove the objects.
