Turntable vacuum dryers must not be used for drying items that are flammable, explosive, or prone to producing corrosive gases due to lack of anti-explosion and anti-corrosion treatments in the workshop. These dryers are suitable for use in environments with relative humidity ≤85%RH, where there are no corrosive gases, strong vibration sources, or strong electromagnetic fields. If items are damp, a filter should be inserted between the vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump to prevent moisture from entering the pump and causing damage. After multiple uses, the turntable vacuum dryer may experience a failure to achieve vacuum. In this case, replace the door seal or adjust the latch to extend the distance to resolve the issue. When the temperature of the turntable vacuum dryer in the vacuum chamber exceeds 200°C, a slow air leak may occur. At this point, remove the cover of the box-type turntable vacuum dryer, use an Allen wrench to loosen the heater base, and replace the seal or retighten the heater base.
The vacuum pump of the rotary vacuum drier cannot operate for extended periods. Therefore, upon reaching the required vacuum level for the cone rotary vacuum drier, the vacuum valve should be closed first, followed by turning off the vacuum pump power. Once the vacuum level is below the cone rotary vacuum drier's requirements, the vacuum valve and pump power can be turned back on to continue vacuum extraction, which helps extend the pump's lifespan. If the exhaust valve's rubber plug rotates with difficulty, apply a small amount of oil for lubrication. Apart from maintenance, the left cover should not be disassembled to prevent damage to the electrical control system.
The rotary vacuum dryer should be kept clean. The glass door should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions; instead, use a soft cotton cloth. If the rotary vacuum dryer is not used for a long period, wipe the exposed electroplated parts, apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion, and place a plastic dust cover inside the dryer to prevent electrical components from getting damp and damaged, which may affect operation.
