Application Scope:

Broadly applicable for bottling a variety of condiments, viscous substances, pastes, semi-solids, and granular materials. Examples include chili sauce, ketchup, sesame paste, peanut butter, jam, syrup, honey, fruit puree beverages, and all types of paste-like materials.

Equipment Overview:

Fully automatic servo plunger filling machine, featuring an integrated touch screen with PLC control system, high degree of automation, and easy operation. Optional submersion filling function allows the filling head to be inserted into the bottle for filling. The filling head is equipped with a special anti-leak device for safer filling.
