The raw materials, cement and sand, are mixed in a ratio of 1:1.5. The materials are then transported to the mixer via a bucket elevator for blending. The concrete is evenly fed into the main body of the cement tile machine. Under the force of hydraulic cylinders and molds, the materials are formed under high pressure. The molded cement tiles are cured indoors for 24 hours, followed by 30 days of outdoor curing to achieve the required strength before being painted and coated.
