Reinforcing grout should be poured in layers. After the current layer is poured, ensure that the lower layer of reinforcing grout has not reached initial setting before proceeding with the second pour.

2. In non-intensive reinforcement, the spacing of the reinforcement grouting material should not exceed 10 meters. When reinforcement is dense, the spacing should not exceed 5 meters. Each time reinforcement grout is produced, technical personnel must conduct performance checks on-site. This primarily involves checking the slump and expansion of the reinforcement grout, as well as visual inspections to confirm its good performance. The reinforcement grouting material meets the construction technical requirements. If significant fluctuations in the performance of the reinforcement grout are detected, promptly contact the mixing station technical personnel to analyze the cause and make timely adjustments.

During the grouting material construction process, if any of the following situations occur, the grouted material must be cut out and re-poured. This includes cases where the grouting material cannot be tamped compactly, or when it is a graded grouting material that has adverse effects on the structure; grouting material that has solidified for an extended period beyond the specified time; or the pouring section from low-grade grouting to high-grade grouting.

Prior to unloading, the reinforced concrete grout mixer truck should rotate at high speed for 60-90 seconds, then discharge into the reinforced concrete grout pump, placing the grout material in a working state, which is beneficial for the compaction and shaping of the self-reinforcing grout material.

5. The steel bars in the wall structure are overly dense, and the cohesive properties of the concrete grout are quite strong. To ensure that the reinforced grout can be compacted, it is recommended to increase the fluidity and compactness of the reinforced grout by tapping the template from the outside or using a flat vibrator to assist in vibration.

6. Pouring speed should not be too fast to avoid entraining more air, which may affect the appearance quality of the reinforced grout. During the latter stages of pouring, increase the height of the reinforced grout pouring appropriately to minimize settlement.

7. Self-compacting slab reinforcement grout should be pumped and cast before its high-performance state dissipates; the delay time should not be excessively long. Self-compacting slab reinforced grout should be completed within 120 minutes from the start of production to the completion of casting. Ensure internal completion and maintain the pumping connection.
