Before use, it is mandatory to conduct an adaptability test with the cement used for construction to determine the dosage.

During construction, the water-cement ratio should be strictly maintained between 0.40 and 0.45. An excessive water-cement ratio will prolong the setting time, affecting the performance.

Before the shotcrete construction, sand, gravel, cement, and rapid-setting agent should be proportionally dry mixed to form a mixture, adjust its water-cement ratio, and then immediately spray. Excessive stacking time of the dry mixed material (over 20 minutes) not only affects the rapid-setting effect but also significantly reduces the strength of the shotcrete.
