Spring Support Hanger

Spring suspension hangers are primarily used on power plant steam and water pipelines or boiler equipment, where thermal displacement occurs during operation and on their supporting devices. Based on the calculated requirements for the spring suspension hangers' operation and thermal displacement according to the pipeline's stress condition, our factory sets the spring suspension hangers according to the design load: that is, the spring is pre-compressed to the predetermined cold-state load position, and the spring suspension hanger is adjusted by the manufacturer before shipment. Once installed on the pipelines and equipment, relevant thread adjustments are made, the predetermined pin is released, at which point the spring's actual load is the design-specified cold-state load, and the theoretical working position at the cold state is marked.
